About Peter Strachan

Peter has a B.Sc, majoring in Metallurgy fromthe University of Melbourne and a diploma of Applied Finance from Finsia. He is a Senior Fellow of Finsia and an affiliate of the Stockbrokers Association of Australia.

Peter commenced working life as a research metallurgist in Zambia, gaining a high level of practical experience over the next eight years with companies such as Bougainville Copper and CRA Ltd, now Rio Tinto.

Peter has worked with a range of UK and Australian based Securities Industry firms over the past 28 years. Nine years ago, he established an AFS Licensed, independent research business which he operates under the Strachan Corporate banner. Peter is co-owner of weekly subscriber based analyst brief, StockAnalysis.
